According to the National Association of Realtors, the median home price in New York State as of November 2009 is $210,000 . This represents an increase of 3 percent compared to the November 2008 median of $203,950, and is 2.4-percent above the revised October 2009 median of $205,000. The median home price is the threshold which divides the real estate market into two equal halves, in reference to pricing. One half of all homes in the market were sold at a price above the median home price, while the other half were sold below. Complete list of county regional home prices.
