According to the National Association of Realtors, the median home price in New York State as of November 2009 is $210,000 . This represents an increase of 3 percent compared to the November 2008 median of $203,950, and is 2.4-percent above the revised October 2009 median of $205,000. The median home price is the threshold which divides the real estate market into two equal halves, in reference to pricing.
